Our sincere condolences to the family of our Dear Friend and Brother. Cecil was such a pleasure to work with. He would always go that extra mile to assist in any situation. Heaven certainly gained a true Servant when Cecil heard these words from his Savior "Well done Good and Faithful Servant Enter Thou into the Joy of Thy Lord" RIP Dear Friend.
Cecil had a kind heart. We lost touch for years then he came by where I was working a couple of years ago. It meant a lot to me.
