Cecil was always so nice whenever I would see him out in the public. My daddy & Cecil were good friends & he would always bring me & my sister Hershey Bars cause he knew we loved chocolate. Then when I had my kids, he would bring them candy whenever he would. stop by my parents house. He was an awesome person. May God rest his soul. Prayers that God wrap his arms around Cecil's family a little tighter & God I pray that you just try to mend their hearts & assure then that Cecil is in heaven watching over each of them Amen Rip Mr. Cecil Carson
