I was heartbroken to learn of Cecil's death. I have never been in his presence that he wasn't smiling! He was a pleasure to work with when he was a school resource officer. Always polite and a joy to talk to even if he saw me in the grocery store. May God bless his family during this most difficult time in your lives. You remain in my sincere prayers and thoughts.
RIP my brother I will always love you.
We are so saddened to hear of Cecil's passing. He has been our neighbor and friend for many years, our thoughts and prayers are with all who knew and loved him . John and Brenda Kayga
Cecil was always so kind to us. He picked me up in the patrol car when I volunteered to be locked up for MDA fundraiser. We had a good laugh about that. He was just so nice and friendly. A good person, for sure, who will be greatly missed. With sympathy, Guinn Huffman (Time Saver Storage)

It saddens me to read about the passing of Cecil Carson. I met him when he came to work for the BCSO several years ago. Later I observed how active he has been with the Foothills Christian Church. Though he did many great things to touch the hearts of people, this is a scene that I remember and how it touched my friend who was ill. He and Pastor Bradshaw brought the youth from the church to visit with her at her residence. They may have even brought her a frosty or something else to brighten her day even more. My condolences to the family.
Praying for strength and comfort during this time of loss. Cecil was a great friend and would help you anytime. He was a great neighbor and loved playing with the kids. There was never a dull moment when he was around. Cecil would have us rolling with laughter.
We absolutely loved Cecil. He was a delightful man to spend time with. He adored his wife Jannie and always made sure she knew that. He loved to go out to eat and we were blessed to get to go with him, Jannie, and Jeannie almost every Wednesday. We hardly ever went to a restaurant that he did not see some of his special friends. Cecil loved to talk and he was very knowledgeable about just about any topic you wanted to talk about. We pray daily for Jannie that GOD will give her the strength that she will need in the coming years. It was a very short time that we got to know Cecil but we loved him very much.
Such a good man friend and brother rest in peace my brother love ya dawg
