Madison was preceded in death by her grandmother, Harriet Merrell; and grandfather, Francis “Babe” Cannon.

The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m., Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Sossoman Funeral Home. The funeral will follow at 4 p.m. in the Colonial Chapel of the funeral Home..

Glenn and Family, I am sooo very sorry to see this about Madison. My heart hurts for you all, as I can not even imagine losing my child. Please know I will be praying for you and your family now, and in the days to come. With love and prayers, Pam Cowan McLellan

Glenn, Aunt Glenda, and Tracy, Our hearts ache with yours. Madison was such a beautiful soul, and it feels so unfair that she’s gone so soon. But even in her passing, she gave the most selfless gift of all; her heart, so full of love, now lives on. Someone out there gets to carry that big, loving, giving heart inside them, and that is nothing short of extraordinary. We pray you find comfort in knowing that Madison’s light and love continue to ripple out into this world. Her spirit will never fade, it will live on in the memories we carry, in the lives she touched, and now in the heartbeat of another. With love, Liberty, Peggy, and Garren
