Mary Kay Davis, 78, of Morganton, NC, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 2, 2025.

Born in Allegany County, NY on May 25, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Clinton Ormsby and Laura Ferry Ormsby. Mary was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church and is survived by her husband, Glen Davis, Jr.

The graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, August 15, 2025 at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Bradley Johnson officiating. The family will greet friends following the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, P.O. Box 1159, Morganton, NC 28680.

Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
