He is also survived by aunts and uncles Robert Neubauer, David Southard (Johnna), Bailey Miller (Robert), Michael West, Nicholas West, Tara Cole (Johnny), Eric Messick, Whitney Messick (Michael), and Genna Messick (Stephanie), Travis Honeycutt, special aunts Gretchen Whisnant and Misti Anderson, as well as many great aunts and uncles, cousins, and countless friends he considered family.

I am Courtney's grand uncle and live next door to her. I have only known Jacob a few months, but enjoyed the interactions we had. He performed a repair for me and did some weed eating. I appreciated his lively attitude and willingness to work. I had hopes we would have a long relationship and will miss him. Ben
