It’s hard to find the right words to express the pain of losing such a bright, young soul. Alex presence brought joy, kindness, and light into our lives, and his absence leaves a void that can never be filled. Though you are no longer with us in body, your spirit and the memories we shared will forever remain in our hearts. May you find peace beyond this life, and may we carry your love and spirit with us always. As Rainer Maria Rilke once said, “The only grace we can hope for is that death is not the end, but a new beginning, a transition to another realm where love never dies.” Rest in peace, dear friend. You are loved and will be dearly missed.
To the parents, girlfriend, family, and friends of Alex Austin: I am so very sorry for your loss, and I grieve with you that Alex was taken at such a young age. But, at the same time, I rejoice that God gave you 19 years with this remarkable young man, and each of you is better for having known him. I also rejoice in the sure knowledge that Austin is enjoying the bliss of being in the presence of his Savior, and will one day welcome you to your heavenly home. It is now up to all of us to live lives worthy of Austin's memory. From this experience, horrible as it is, we will be better equipped to comfort others who in future will suffer the loss of a loved one. Like the Apostle Peter, who after denying his Christ, was able to comfort his brothers. I did not have the privilege of knowing Austin personally, but attending his memorial service at FAM church today, and seeing all who loved him, I know he was a remarkable young man whose memory will continue to make the world a better place. Alex, you will forever be missed and loved. You were such an amazing young man who loved god and always put your mom first. Rest in peace, love you always and forever.
Words cannot express how sorry I am for your loss. My sincerest condolences.
Prayers for the Family and Friends 🙏 Rest in peace!
Oh my word… I am so very sorry for the unimaginable pain you all are experiencing. I will pray and ask the Holy Spirit to love you, comfort you, and give you His peace even in this time of heart breaking grief.
