Wilma Clark Wiseman

Wilma Clark Wiseman, 68, of Morganton went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.  Born in Avery County, NC on March 12, 1952, she was the daughter of the late James Nello Clark and Lynn Vance Clark.  Wilma was a member of Mtn. View #2 Baptist Church where she sang in the choir and served on several church committees.  Wilma was working at the Enola Group, and she enjoyed singing and working in her garden.

Mrs. Wiseman is survived by her husband of 31 years, Larry Wiseman; children, Michelle Bollinger (Darryl), Tim Patton (Patricia), and Melissa Brittain; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brother, Chief Clark; sisters, Martha Powell and Janet Woodard; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Wilma was preceded in death by a grandson, Caleb Bollinger; and a brother, Benny Jo Clark.

The family will receive friends from 12 to 1 p.m., Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Mt. View #2 Baptist Church.  The funeral will follow at 1 p.m. in the church with Deacon Greg Leonard officiating.  Burial will follow in White Pine Cemetery in Crossnore.
