Wendy and I were friends for a long time, and were co-editors of our high school newspaper. We lost each other after high school, but became close friends after Betsy Blatz got us back together. May God wrap his loving arms around all of your family.

David and Gary and your families, I am so sorry to hear this sad news. I enjoyed several years of friendship on Facebook with Wendy following the years on Pearson Drive and the Drexel connection. I know she was a devoted friend, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and cat mom. I hope the years of happy memories will help you through the difficult days ahead. Fondly, Kay Thorpe

—Kay Thorpe Pilley

We were never closed due friends but shared a lifetime together through Grammer school, middle school and high school. We shared some conversations and memories through Facebook and I hope our conversations made you smile. We get to know classmates through our school years and realize who and who isn't one of the good ones. You Wendy my friend were and will always be " one of the good ones" I'll always remember and think of fondly even after you broke my arm in third grade.
