Vernie was a very sweet lady. Loved by many. Always made you laugh when you seen her out and got to talk to her. She will be missed. Praying for all of you. May God give you the peace you need during this time. I can just see her now with my mom (Tumpy) talking and laughing together as they did years ago. Heaven is a little sweeter with her being there. Again, you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I worked with Varnie at Broughton Hospital for many years before she retired. Varnie had a great spirit about her, she never met a stranger, and she would brighten everyone's day. Varnie loved her family. It was sad to learn of her passing, but anyone who knew her, would know that she is in the arms of Jesus! May family find peace and comfort in knowing that she is in Heaven, waiting patiently at the Pearly Gates for her family and friends to join her in Paradise.
