Tony “T.J.” Sisk

Tony “T.J.” Sisk, 59, of Morganton, NC went Home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, September 12, 2022. He was born on February 27, 1963 in Burke County to Nancy Ferguson Sisk and the late Tony Martin Sisk. He was a member of Catawba Heights Baptist Church in Marion where he sang in the choir.  He was working at Lowes Hardware and had worked at Sid’s Market. Tony loved the Atlanta Braves.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Kelly Sisk.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brothers, Rodney Sisk (Sara), Sonny Sisk (Dana), Clay Sisk (Jamie), and Shane Sisk; nieces and nephews, Autumn Mize (Robert), Savannah Whitesides (Ken), Cameron Sisk, Taylor Sisk, Tucker Sisk, Branson Sisk, and Courtney Sisk; great-niece and nephew, Ansleigh and Owen Mize.

The graveside service will begin at 2pm, Saturday, September 17, 2022 at McDowell Memorial Park with Rev. James Walker officiating. The family will greet friends following the service.

Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
