Tammy Pollygus, 58, of Morganton, NC, passed away Sunday, October 19, 2025.

Born in Avery County, NC on July 15, 1967, she was the daughter of the late Emil Leroy Pollygus and Mary Elizabeth “Lib” Ramsey Pollygus.

Tammy enjoyed playing golf and watching Price is Right. She dearly loved her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Goofy was her favorite character.

Those left to cherish her memory include her brother, Mark Pollygus (Susan); sister, Robin Orr (Rob); nieces, Chelsea Fisher (Chris) and Beth Morgan (Charles); nephew, Seth Orr; and great-nieces and nephews, Avery Morgan, Maddie Morgan, Spencer Fisher, and Graedon Fisher.

No services are planned at this time.

Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
