Tabitha Brook Ward Snow, 20, of Morganton, NC went home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 26, 2016 at Mission Hospital. She was born in Burke County, NC on April 14, 1996. Tabitha had a big heart and loved her family dearly. She loved helping raise her special kids, Cheyenne, Carlos, Casey and Gabriel. Tabitha was an animal lover and enjoyed caring for her dogs and cats. She also loved doing crafts and making things for her family.
Tabitha is preceded in death by a sister, Leah Marie Lewis.
She is survived by her wife, Adrienne Snow; mother, Jacquline Lewis and husband, Charles; father, James Robert Ward and fiancée, Rebecca Beeson; mother-in-law, Sherri Snow and fiancé, Kevin Auten; brothers, Justin Robert Ward, Cody Tyler Ward, and Zachary Kay Lewis; and sister, Kaitlyn Nicole Ward.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Colonial Chapel of Sossoman Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Kidd officiating.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
