Sandy Saunders, 74, of Morganton, NC passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. She was born on September 6, 1947 in New York to the late Robert Bullen and Lucy Highland Bullen. She enjoyed traveling and was always laughing. She loved taking care of everyone. Sandy also enjoyed being with her friends in the “Ladies Who Lunch” group.
She is survived by her husband, Hoyt Saunders; son, Spencer Saunders (Jennifer Santos); daughter, Samantha Saunders-Consroe (Tom Consroe); grandson, Cooper Consroe; sister, Cina Rapp; brother, Andy Bullen; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will have a private service.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
