I have been thinking about Ruth Anne every day since I learned of her passing. She was my best friend in ninth grade. I ran into her about five years after graduating from college and we went to lunch together. I remember thinking that she was one of my favorite friends that I had ever had. She was smart, fun and funny. We were both busy with our lives and I hate that I didn't keep in touch with her over the years because she was such an interesting and fun person to know. I'm sorry that I wasn't in town to attend her service but I wanted to let you know that there were many people who thought that she was a very special person and that I'm so sorry for your loss.
I knew her as Ruth Anne. Such a smart young lady. Her parents and brothers were all great folks. You could bet that she would be great, too. And she was. Isaac, Tommy, and Stanley, I grieve for your sister, and I am praying for you.
I met Ruth Anne several years ago- we enjoyed chatting about “the good old days in Morganton”. She was such an interesting lady and will be missed by all who knew her… Thoughts and prayers to her family.
Prayers for the Avery Family.
To the family of Ruth, I am so sorry to hear of Ruth’s passing. We worked together at Burke County Department of Social Services for many years. Please accept my condolences and prayers during your time of grief.
So sorry for your loss, praying for you all...
Rest well my sweet friend. I will miss your smile and friendship. My prayers are for comfort and peace for all who knew and loved her!
