Rita Kay Falls, 66, of Morganton, NC died Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at her residence. She was born in York County, SC on August 13, 1950 and was the daughter of the late Clarence T. Harris and Pauline Conner Harris. Rita was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved her family dearly. She loved taking care of her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George Falls and several brothers and sisters.
Rita is survived by daughter, Lisa Black Ceron; brother, Tommy Harris; sister, Pamela Rains; grandchildren, Crystal Lynn Black, Heather Martin, and Billy Martin; great-grandchildren, Michealla, Shianna, Philip, Kaydance, Andre, and Alley; and special friend, Refugio Reyes.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
