Ricky Carroll Saulman

Ricky Carroll Saulman, 63, of Morganton, NC died Saturday, April 07, 2018.  Born in Burke County on August 7, 1954, he was a son of the late Harrison E. Saulman and Nancy Powell Saulman.

Mr. Saulman was of the Baptist faith.  He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed the outdoors and traveling.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Eugenie Reese and a brother, Ronald Eugene Saulman.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sheryl Blake Saulman of the home; daughter, Wendy D. Saulman of Morganton; grandchildren, Rachel Epley, Eli and Maddy Burt; and great-grandchildren, Pyper Reid and Millie Bartlow; and brother, Randy “Dab” Saulman of Morganton.  He also leaves many friends in the deaf community.

The family will receive friends from 6 – 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center.
