Rev. Dr. Priscilla Washington Logan

Rev. Dr. Priscilla Washington Logan, 75, of Morganton, NC died Monday, November 26, 2018. She was born December 14, 1942 in Caldwell County and was a daughter of the late Jesse Davis Washington and Elizabeth Moore Ferguson. Priscilla was a member and associate pastor of Morganton First Church of God where she was also a Sunday school teacher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Hill Ferguson.

Priscilla is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Ned C. Logan, Sr.; her children, Elizabeth Logan Jamison of Concord, NC, Ned C. Logan, Jr. (Trace) of McKinney, TX, David L. Logan of Hampton, VA, Michelle Logan Williamson (Larry) of Morganton; thirteen grandchildren; 2 great-granddaughters; honorary daughter, Tracey Corwin (Greg) of Georgia; and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 4:30pm-5:30pm, Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Morganton First Church of God. The service will begin at 5:30pm in the church with the Rev. John McDivitt officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Morganton First Church of God, 675 Summers Road, Morganton, NC 28655.
