Peyton Taylor Buchanan, 35, of Morganton, NC passed away on April 20, 2015.
She was a nurse who served at Burke Hospice and Palliative Care, Hospice of Avery County, Cannon Memorial, the North Carolina Department of Corrections, and Johnson City Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband and soulmate, Randall Buchanan; sons Connor and Lennon; step-children Trevor, Kristan, and Samuel; mother, Bonita Taylor of Spear; and brother, Dustin Taylor, of Detroit MI.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ike Taylor.
The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Friday, April 24 at Hopewell Baptist Church in Morganton, NC. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Saturday, April 25 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Frank, NC. Interment will follow at Whitaker Branch Cemetery.
Reverends Danny Emory, Allen Laws, and Earl Carver Jr will preside.
