Patricia Windbush Cooper, 75, of Morganton, NC passed away Friday, April 1, 2016. She was born in Rockingham County, NC on August 17, 1940. Mrs. Cooper was a member of Mtn. View Agape Church in Kings Mountain, NC and was a former employee of McBest Industries in Bessemer City, NC.
Patricia is survived by her children, Tracy Cunningham and her husband, Scott, of Morganton, Daryl Freeman of Morganton, Tina Patton and her husband, Randy, of Gastonia, NC, Michael Cooper of Gastonia, and Kenny Freeman of Gastonia, eighteen grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Cooper was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Cooper; and two daughters, Beverly Smith and Teresa Freeman.
The memorial service will be held at 6 p.m., Monday, April 4, 2016 at Back to Calvary Church with the Rev. Leon Hoyle officiating. The family will greet friends at the church following the service.
