Committal
Patricia “Pat” Glick, 64 of Morganton, NC passed away, Thursday, June 29, 2023. Born on May 11, 1959 she was the daughter of Sarah Copeland and the late Lester Copeland. Pat was a 1977 graduate of Freedom High School. She received her Associates Degree as an RN from WPCC. Pat was a nurse at Broughton Hospital. She enjoyed helping others, was a very companionate person and loved cats.
Pat is survived by her son, Bryce Patton (Sarah); mother, Sarah Copeland; siblings, Robert Murray (Lisa), Gary Copeland (Beth), Charlotte Copeland Grissom (Rick); and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, Pat is preceded in death by her grandparents, Cora and Fred Beach.
The family will receive friends from 11am until 12 on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at Burkemont Baptist Church. A Celebration of Life for Pat will follow at 12 noon in the church.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
