Patricia Lingafeldt Webb, 76, of Valdese, NC gained her angel wings on Sunday, August 7, 2022.
Born in Burke County, NC on July 23, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Ones Roscoe Lingafeldt and Annie Laura Self Lingafeldt. Patricia was a life-long member of Catawba Valley Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school for children for over 40 years and served as the church clerk. She enjoyed watching her son play football and was a cheer coach for her daughter. Patricia enjoyed flowers and birds of all kinds. She will be remembered for her smile, laugh, hugs, and kisses.
A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Patricia is survived by her son, Carlton Jason Webb (Windy); daughter, Melissa Webb Moose (Sean); grandchildren, Justin Webb (Zoey), Kara Webb, Caden Webb, and Dylan Moose (Nikki); great-grandchildren, Cruise Webb, Matthew Moose, and Cheyenne Moose;; sister, Mary Lingafeldt Watts; sister-in-law, Judy Lingafeldt; and those who she loved as her own, Godson Robbie Toney, Julie Wilson, Tony Robinson, and Stephanie Durkee.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Joseph Webb; and a brother, Ones Lingafeldt.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m., Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Catawba Valley Baptist Church. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. in the church with Pastors Dean Hart and Douglas St. John officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
