Patricia Henderson,56, of Morganton, NC passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 after an extended illness. She was born on March 17, 1969 in Asheville, NC to the late Fred Henderson and Inez Baker Henderson. Patricia attended North Cove Baptist Church and Basilica of St. Lawrence in Asheville, NC. She was a gemologist and worked at Brights Jewelry in Asheville, NC. She helped her family in appraising jewelry from the Biltmore Estate. Patricia loved animals.
She is survived by her fiancée, Frank “Drew” Harrington; son, Ben Harrington; three grandchildren; aunt, Jackie Henderson; and several cousins.
Per Patricia’s wishes, she will be inurned with her parents in Asheville.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
