Pamela Kay Wright, 77 of Morganton, NC passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025. Born in Cleveland County on January 3, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Jeff A. Wright and Geneva Ledford Wright.

Pamela has been a resident of J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center since April 23, 1964, where she was loved and supported. She had close relationships with various staff throughout the years. A graveside service for Pamela will be held at 2 pm, on Monday, September 15, 2025 at Forest Hill Cemetery in Morganton.

We will carry her memory in our hearts forever. We are grateful for the time we had with her and the profound impact she has had on our lives.

“Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day… unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear.” Unknown Author.

Deepest sympathy.

The wonderfully worded obituary says ''In her younger years, she enjoyed running the hallways in her favorite baseball cap with her bandana in hand.'' Can't you see her young again sharing the hallways of Heaven this time with Jesus. She's in Gods care now. Rest well Pamela Kay Wright.
