Olive "Snooky" Baker

Olive "Snooky" Baker, 73, of Windy Hill Hollow, Morganton, died Monday, September 7, 2009. She was born October 15, 1935 in Bryan County, OK to the late Oris Anderson and Marjory Horton Anderson. Olive was a retired employee of JOBST and a member of the ladies auxiliary of the VFW. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, James Anderson.Olive is survived by her husband, Donald Gus Baker; sons, Robert Kert of Toledo, OH and William Kert of Hutchinson, KS; daughter, Joan Drill of Ohio; and step-sons, Donald Baker, Jr. of Burney, CA and Ronald Baker of Sacramento, CA; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.A crypt side service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 11, 2009 at Burke Memorial Park Mausoleum with Rev. Kenneth Whittington officiating.
