Mildred Elizabeth Flack Kincaid, 93, died Friday, February 20, 2015. She was born in Rutherford County, NC on October 1, 1921 to the late Ike and Texie Flack.
Mrs. Kincaid was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Howard Kincaid, Sr.; her son, William Howard Kincaid, Jr.; five brothers; and one sister.
Mildred is survived by her granddaughter, Kathy Kincaid Farris of Raleigh, NC; great-grandchildren, Kathryn Farris, William Farris, and Anna Farris; and a sister, Shirley Mace.
A memorial service for Mrs. Kincaid will be held at a later date.
