Meredith Williams Cline, 81, of Granite Falls, NC, formerly of Morganton, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 26, 2022.
Born in Caldwell County, NC on August 29, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Harry Williams and Mary Cannon Williams. Meredith was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, where she and her husband faithfully served for 40 years. Mrs. Cline was a special wife and mother and had a servant’s heart towards all people.
Meredith is survived by her husband of 63 years, Dr. Larry Cline; son, Christopher David Cline; daughter, Caron Elaine Cline; and his adopted children, Rev. Jaime Torres (Grace), and his children, Jonathan, Bella, and Prince Benjamin.
The funeral will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, October 30, 2022 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Dr. Jack Hodges officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends following the service.
