Ron and I loved Mary, we were always excited to see her..Ron grew close to Mary during his work rehabbing the depot...we took all our kids and grandkids there to eat, she was always so beautiful..we are sorry for your loss.

To Mary - A Bright Light in Our Midst It has been a rare privilege to have known Mary since third grade-some 69 years ago. Our friendship, unique in my life, cast a bright light on my life- always a source of perpetual good spirit and positive support. All through our school years, we walked home together, talking and singing and sharing. We laughed when we ended up at Mary’s driveway and kept on, sitting on the stone wall, and old Mrs. Kerr yelling at us, “Get up ! You’re going to get piles!” We didn’t get up! We sang together in our school chorus for four years, as well as in the church choir for Sunday Mass, with Mary’s sweet voice next to me, singing the Ave Maria. Mary’s mother, Grace, always had a ready smile, laughing often as she raised her eight children. Mary was fifth- born, and all her siblings were beautiful and handsome, with Mary and older sister, Jill, and younger sister, Melissa, looking at you with smiling faces you always wanted to stay with you. Over the years, I experienced Mary ‘s letters and support, and we’d visit when we could, but we never missed each other’s birthdays- including April 6 th of this year! Mary shared her wisdom, experiences of lovingly providing for her stepsons, and her Becky and Justin, of whom she was so proud . Mary raved to me about her granddaughter, Skylar and grandson, as well as her son in law, who treated her like his mother. Above all, at whatever she engaged herself in, Mary worked hard and put her heart into the challenge and succeeded. She cared for us, and acted on her love and friendship. Marty’s loving spirit will go on and stay with us forever. With much gratitude-love always, Mary, Patty

I am so sorry for your loss!! I loved Mary and saw her almost every day when I worked at Clinic Drug!! She will be missed!! Love and prayers to you all!!🙏🏻💗

Mary was SUCH a good woman. I was shocked to see this although I hadn't seen her in years. The Depot was a God-send to GA and Mary was always so nice and ran it so well. She only met my elderly mother a few times in the restaurant until my mom's health got to where my brother and I would often go in for her for takeout, but Mary ALWAYS asked about her and recalled all the foods she liked and even how she liked them cooked. I was SO impressed with her caring and empathy. To the family-sorry for your loss-she was a good lady.

Love you guys. So very sorry for your loss. Glad Ms Mary is in a better place with her Saviour. Remember all the good times and know she's looking down sending you love still.

To Mary’s family ,there are no words to say how my heart hurts .. Mary was one of my very best friends .. I spent many days just setting at the Depot enjoying time talking and wrapping silverware and other lil things to just help her ..she worked very hard every day .. I can say one things with confidence that I know for sure where she is now .. I love you Mary and Thanks to the Father in heaven for memories I have storied away ….Joann-Riddle
