Marilyn Christine Ross Frye, 79, of Drexel, NC, passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2022.
Born in Burke County, NC on July 24, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Lenoir Pinkey Ross and Mary Beatrice Orders Ross. Christine was a beloved mother, nana, and teacher. She was a member of Drexel First Baptist Church where she sang in the choir.
Christine is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Frye; and grandchildren, Christina and Louie Skelly.
In addition to her parents, Christine was preceded in death by husband, Oren Moore Frye, Jr.; brother, Calvin Dewey Ross; and sister, Irene Ross Wright.
Services for Mrs. Frye will be private.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
