Linda G. Yount, 72 of Morganton, NC passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025. Born on July 1, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Wilson and Cora Wilson Hampton. Linda loved to cook. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. Linda adored her two grandchildren dearly.
Linda is survived by her son, TJ Yount; 2 grandchildren; sister, Louise Lewis.
In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her siblings, Elizabeth, Jerry, Donald, and Charlie.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
