Laurel Reid Robbins

Laurel Reid Robbins, 64, of Morganton died Monday, June 17, 2019.  Born in Lauderdale County, Mississippi on November 3, 1954, she was the daughter of the late W. L. Seal and Ethelyn Welch Vincent.

Laurel is survived by her husband, Michael E. Robbins of the home; children, Kristofor Parmley (Jennifer), Gary W. Robbins (Janelle), and April E. Robbins; grandchildren, Kiley Parmley, Johnathon Parmley, Alexah Parmley, Braden Robbins, and Austin Robbins; sisters, Diana L. Field (Troy) and Sherri Wagner (Chuck); step-father, Frank Vincent; and other extended family.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m., Friday, June 21, 2019 at Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center.  The memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. in the Colonial Chapel of the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Levine Cancer Institute.
