Committal
Larry Allen Verheeck, 71, of Drexel, NC passed away, August 31, 2021. Born on December 18, 1949, he was the son of the late Allen and Lorrain Verheeck. Larry was a member of Praise Assembly of God. He enjoyed baseball, watching TV, and panning for gold. Larry was proud of his service in the Air Force and he loved his family very much.
Larry is survived by his sons, Scott Verheeck and wife, Kelly, Michael Verheeck, Larry Verheeck, Jr.; daughter, Sherry Verheeck; grandchildren, Phoebe Verheeck, Addison Verheeck, Haley Verheeck, Benjamin Verheeck; sisters, Pat and Pam.
The family will receive friends from 2:30pm until 3pm, Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Praise Assembly of God. A memorial service will follow at 3pm, in the church with the Rev. Kevin Crawford officiating.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
