Born in Baltimore, MD on June 28, 1957, he was the son of the late Mazie Elizabeth Boyce.
Kevin is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Boyce; and three step-children, Amanda Gillespie, Mark Coffer, and Jackie Coffer; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m., Monday, July 21, 2025 at Sossoman Funeral Home. The memorial service will follow at 6 p.m. in the Colonial Chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Brad Browning officiating.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.

I am sorry to learn of "Uncle" Kevin's passing. I find solace is that my grandmother, Mazie, came to get him. She was his heart and soul.
A great Grandfather. You lived a long cherishing life. Wish I could’ve spent more time with you than I did. I regret not doing so. It was so unexpected. We all loved you very much, So glad I don’t have to see you struggle anymore. You were always such a strong person. You’re now in a better place, and cannot wait to see you again.
