Joyce Faye Bell, passed away, Friday September 4, 2020. Born on December 1, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Earl Moses. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Norman Bell.
Joyce will lie in state from 10:00am until noon at Sossoman Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2:00pm, Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Burke Memorial Park.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
