A loving mother of 12 children and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren. Her life was a beautiful example of a life centered around Jesus Christ. She was deeply loved by her family, cherished by her friends, and held a special place in the hearts of so many who were blessed to know her.

Her life was a testimony of faith, kindness, and unconditional love. She leaves behind a beautiful legacy, not measured by earthly possessions, but by the lives she touched, the love she shared, and the faith she lived each day.

Jonell had a special love for her church and church family, who meant so much to her. She treasured the friendships she made throughout her life, including some very special friends who held a dear place in her heart.

Affectionately known as the “Candy Queen” at church, she found such joy in handing out candy to the children. It was one of the many little ways she showed her love and brought smiles to the faces around her. She even held the special title of grandma to a beloved furry grandbaby.

Above all, Jonell loved Jesus. Her faith was not simply something she spoke about; it was something she lived. She loved people, welcomed them with kindness, and shared the love of Christ through her actions.

Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in the beautiful promise of heaven. As the pearly gates opened wide, we can only imagine the joy of her heavenly homecoming and the words we pray she heard:

“Well done, thou good and faithful servant.”

Her earthly journey has ended, but her legacy of faith and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Until we meet again, in that Sweet Beulah Land.
