John Ray Mull, Jr., 39, of Morganton, NC died Friday, October 4, 2019. He was born on February 16, 1980 in Burke County to Susan Ann Rivers Carswell and the late John Ray Mull, Sr. John was a beloved father, son and brother. He was good hearted and loved his family dearly. John will be greatly missed by those who truly loved him and he will live on in our hearts forever.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Garland and Eleanor Mull and Fred Rivers.
He is survived by his mother, Susan and step-father, Rick Carswell of Morganton; children, Damon, Skylar, Zoey, Izabell and Scarlett; sisters, Rebecca Stokes (Jeff), of Mooresville, NC and Katie Wise (Robbie), of Morganton; brothers, Richie Carswell (Haley) and Terry Carswell (Crystal), both of Morganton:; grandmother, Nan Rivers; uncle, Ted Mull (Sonya) of Hickory, NC; aunt, Bea Whyle-Spitz (Jack) of Morganton.
There are no services planned at this time.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
