Jennifer Heavner, 43, of Morganton, NC passed away after a period of declining health. She was born on June 26, 1980 in Burke County to the late Thomas Heavner and Linda Daniels Heavner. Jennifer loved her family dearly and loved being outdoors.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Deano Harmon.
She is survived by her daughter, Macy Crawford; sister, Emma Harmon; nieces and nephews, Dean Harmon, Beth Patton (Todd), Myra Harmon, and Alicia Harmon (Austin); great-nieces and great-nephews, Liam, Izzy, Dean and Thomas; numerous extended family.
There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.

I was looking for another obituary of a friend and I seen Jennifer has passed. I am so ,so terribly sorry for your loss. I loved Jennifer and the family. During the time I helped with her care as her home health nurse I grew to love Jennifer. She was always light hearted and loved her family especially her daughter Macy. We laughed together and prayed together. I know she is resting in the arms of Jesus and is with her family that has gone on before her. I will always remember her with warm and loving memories. May God grant to each of you peace and comfort during this time of mourning. I will be praying for you during your time of grief and sorrow. Psalms 61:1-4
