Jayne Anne Mace, 41, of Connelly Springs, NC, gained her angel wings on Thursday, November 5, 2026, went to be with our Lord. Though the loss of Jayne is hard, we as her family gain solace in knowing that she is walking the streets of heaven with her Papaw and Mamaw, and they have not stopped smiling since.
Born on November 19, 1984, she is the daughter of Jimmy Roger Gillman and Deborah Jayne Burnette.
Jayne was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and niece.
Jayne was the light of every room she walked in. She had a way of making you laugh until you would hurt, until the tears would flow from your face. She always had a way of making light of any situation and bringing comfort to those around her. She loved her family like no other and was loved by all. She will be deeply missed, and all the good and bad times will forever be remembered. We love you Jayne Anne, and we all will see you another day. For now, tell Mamaw and Papaw we love them; until we see you again.
In addition to her parents, Jayne is survived by her daughters, Hayven Flo Ann Mace and Presleigh Jayne Mace; sister, Amanda Leigh and husband, Joshua Langdon Darden, and their son, Henry Theodore; brother, Jimmy Roger Gillman II and his girlfriend, Jeanna Alexandria Hamby, along with their son, Hiram William Gillman, and Jeanna’s children, Anthony, Aubrey, Waylon and Tatum; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, and extended family.
