Jane Ruth Davila, 67, of Morganton, NC died Tuesday, March 1, 2016. Born in Elkhart, IN on January 11, 1949; she was the daughter of the late Beckham Wells and Lois Jane Cherry Wells. Jane was loved by many. She was very loving and giving to everyone. She had a great sense of humor.
Mrs. Davila is survived by her husband, Frank Davila of the home; a daughter, Carrie Fehlberg; grandchildren, Adrian Seeley and her husband, Andy, Andrew Johns, and Amanda Johns; great-grandchildren, A.J. Seeley, Ayden Seeley, and Alexandra Wortman; sisters, Ellen Dahlgren and her husband, John, and Lorraine Lee; and nieces and nephew, Cassandra Ginley and family, Bryan Lewis, Hope Ramdayal and family, and Jessica Currier and family.
In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by two daughters.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center. The memorial service will be held at noon in the Colonial Chapel of the funeral home with the Rev. Mike Costner officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Burke Hospice and Palliative Care, Inc., 1721 Enon Road, Valdese, NC 28690.
