James Edward Norman, Jr. 57, of Surfside, SC, formerly of Morganton and Charlotte, NC died Sunday, October 2, 2016. He was born on April 24, 1959 to the late James Edward Norman and Fern Icard Benton Norman. Edward was a gentle soul and was kind to everyone that he met.
Edward is survived by his sister, Linda Norman Smith and husband, Pete of Surfside; brothers, Keith Norman and wife, Sharon and Marty Norman and wife Shannon all of Morganton; nieces and nephews; and his special canine companion, Chase.
The family will have a private memorial service.
