James Crow

James Crow, 50, of Morganton gained his heavenly wings on Tuesday, December 24, 2019.  Born in Greenwood County, SC on June 6, 1969, he was the son of Wesley F. Crow and Joyce Berry Crow.  James owned and operated Crow’s Plumbing.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved to spend time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, James is survived by his daughters, Samantha Foster (fiancé, Dustin Jordan) and Chelsea Holder (Matthew); grandchildren, Gracie Foster, Kennedie Holder, and Riley Holder; sister, Lynn Lawson; nephew, Gabriel Lawson; and the mother of his children, Melissa Gurley Lloyd.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center.  The memorial service will follow at noon in the Colonial Chapel of the funeral home with Mr. Timothy Moretz officiating.
