Inita Feimster, 88, of Morganton NC passed away peacefully at Shaire Center on Tuesday morning, July 11, 2017. Born in Burke County, NC on October 21, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Henry Augustus and Iva Bula Hoyle. Inita was a member of First United Methodist Church in Morganton. She committed her life to the service of others through volunteer work and nursing. She retired in 1986 from Broughton Hospital as Director of Nursing.
Ms. Feimster was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Max Feimster, son, Richard Mark Feimster, and brother, Evan Hoyle.
She is survived by Adam Feimster, Cristy Feimster, Max Feimster, of Houston, TX, Desiree Huffman and Noah Huffman of Valdese, NC, and Joyce Feimster of Morganton.
The services will be held at Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center on Friday July 14th. Friends and family will be received at 11:00 AM and the funeral will follow at 12:00 PM with Pastor Dana McKim officiating. Burial will follow in Burke Memorial Park.
