Ina Rhea "Mickey" Boyce

Ina Rhea "Mickey" Boyce, 83, of Morganton, NC and a former Cleveland OH resident, died Saturday, November 10, 2012 after a period of declining health. Born in Dandridge, TN on May 28, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Curtis Jenkins and Josie Rainwater Jenkins. Mickey was a member of Nottingham Baptist Church in Willoughby Hills, OH and was a retired employee of Cleveland Cliffs in Cleveland, OH. She moved to North Carolina in 2008 and was a resident of Hickory Manor for 1.5 years until moving to College Pines.Mickey is survived by her daughters, Pam Mayfield of Morganton and Nancy Mackey and her husband, Chip, of Madison, OH; grandchildren, Kristy Mayfield, Tiffany Mayfield, Lauren Minchen and her husband, Nathan, and Emily Mackey; and a sister, Anne Nelson and her husband, C.H. Nelson, of Panama City, FL.In addition to her parents, Mickey was preceded in death by her first husband, Tom Webb; her second husband, Ken Boyce; a brother, Lyle C. Jenkins; a sister, Helen Schrader; a son-in-law, Paul Mayfield; and a grandson, Jeremy Mayfield.The graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, November 12, 2012 at Burke Memorial Park with Rev. DeWayne Buchanan officiating.
