Ilese Ivester Reep, 90, of Jonas Ridge, NC passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2024. She was born on July 4, 1933 in Lincoln County to the late Joe Ivester and Ola Chapman Ivester. She loved her grandchildren and working with flowers. Ilese enjoyed helping people as a caregiver.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Harold Reep; two brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by her sons, Harold Reep (Melissa), Billy Reep (Maria), and David Reep (Claudette); grandchildren, Jordan Stanley, Abbey Killiam, Wyatt Reep, Zeke Reep, Matthew Reep, and Mikayla Reep.

The family will receive friends from 3-4pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at Sossoman Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery with Rev. Earl Cross officiating.

Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
