With profound love and heartbreak, we share that Ida Louise Plassman passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
Ida was a bright light in our lives, joyful, curious, and full of motion. She brought delight to every space she entered, radiating laughter, wonder, and a fierce, playful spirit. She was certain to make a friend in everyone she met, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew her.
She is deeply loved and missed by her parents, Trevor and Jessica Plassman; her brothers, Maxwell and Edwin; and a wide circle of extended family, friends, and educators whose lives she touched in ways simple and profound.
Ida’s spirit continues—in our memories, our laughter, and the way we carry her joy forward in the world.
