Herman Billy Hodge, 56, of Morganton died on September 14, 2015. Born in Hall County, Georgia on September 22, 1958, he was a son of the late Charles Edward Hodge and Bertha Hodge.
Herman was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and son. He also was the owner and operator of Mobile Home Service.
Mr. Hodge is survived by his children, Tonya Whisenant of Morganton, Holly Hodge of Gainesville, GA, Barbara Dawn Hodge and husband, Jerry Lee Williams of Lenoir, NC, and Billy Adam Hodge of Morganton; eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; siblings, Larry Hodge, Carroll Hodge, Cathy Coley, and Lib McMahan; and his canine companion, Daisy.
In addition to his family, Mr. Hodge was preceded in death by a brother, Curtis Hodge.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
