Heather Marie Hallman

Heather Marie Hallman, 20, of Vale, NC went to her Heavenly Home on Saturday, March 10, 2012. Born in Burke County, NC on October 10, 1991, she was the daughter of Kermit Edward Hallman and Angela Marie Lovelace Hallman of Vale. Heather was a member of North Brook Baptist Church. Heather was a 2009 graduate of West Lincolnton High School and was a volunteer at Christian Ministries in Lincolnton. She was very active in Lupus research fundraising. She had a strong faith in God all the way to the end of her life.In addition to her parents, Heather is survived by her brothers, Joshua and Brandon Hallman, both of Vale; a sister, Ashley Painter and husband, Morgan, of Lincolnton; a niece, Kinsley Painter; uncles, Gary and Jeff Hallman; aunts, Beverly Hardin, Christina Lovelace, and Mary Webb; maternal grandparents, Billy and Elizabeth Lovelace; and her paternal grandmother, Jonnie Williams.Heather was preceded in death by her paternal grandfathers, Gene Williams and Tom Hallman.A celebration of Heather’s life will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, March 15, 2012 in the Colonial Chapel of Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center in Morganton with Rev. W. Ray Pennell officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service.Memorial contributions may be made to Sossoman Funeral Home, P.O.
