Frank Lee Bradshaw, 74, of Steakhouse Rd., Morganton, NC, died unexpectedly Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at his residence. Born in Avery County, NC on October 19, 1931, he was the son of the late John Wesley Bradshaw and Maggie Moody Bradshaw. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Bradshaw. Frank was a retired employee of Drexel Furniture.
Surviving are his wife, Floye Isaacs Bradshaw, of the home; daughters, Patricia Phillips, of Plum Tree, NC, Sondra Pendley, and Barbara Huffman, both of Morganton; a brother, Bob Bradshaw, of Charlotte, NC; a sister, Virginia Decker, of Morganton; four grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, January 14, 2006, in the Colonial Chapel of Sossoman Funeral Home with the Reverends James Bollinger and Eugene LeFevers officiating. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday at Buck Hill Cemetery in Avery County. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Sossoman Funeral Home.
