Erika Rodríguez Ávila

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Erika Rodríguez Ávila, 42, who peacefully passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.

Erika will be lovingly remembered by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched. Her memory will live on through the love and kindness she shared, the many memories she created, and the love she leaves behind to be cherished forever. Erika was a loving and devoted mother whose children meant the world to her. She will always be remembered for the love, kindness, and special memories she gave to those fortunate enough to know her.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Esmeralda Rodríguez, Ruby López, Perla López, Crystal López, Gemma López, Celeste López, and Julian López; grandchildren, Sebastian Robles, Natalie Robles, and Sarahí Guerrero; and sons-in-law, Juan Robles and Rodrigo Guerrero.

Erika was preceded in death by her beloved brother, José Aguirre, and her grandmother and grandfather.

The funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, September 19, 2026 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Family and friends are invited to come together to celebrate Erika’s life and honor the beautiful memories she leaves behind.
