Douglas Michael Smith, 59, of Morganton, NC, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
Born in Burke County, NC on December 20, 1965, he was the son of the late Hattie Mae Smith. Douglas was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. He enjoyed going out to eat and listening to music.
Mr. Smith is survived by an aunt, Brenda Cook; two uncles, Homer and Glen Smith: and numerous cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
